Impact Study

Analysis of the initial conditions and modeling of the urban renewal project to assess its impact on carbon stocks, the perceived temperature , and theland take. The before-and-after comparison highlighted areas in the project’s original design that needed to be revised: a loss of stored carbon, a temperature that does not decrease, and new paved surfaces. These quantified results made it possible to identify the areas requiring revision, so that the project could be adjusted accordingly before its implementation.
