MarseilleEiffage Aménagement2026Impact Assessment and Certification

Netcarbon conducted the environmental impact assessment for the redevelopment project of the Sainte-Marguerite and Salvator hospital sites, led by Eiffage Aménagement on behalf of the AP-HM. Seven indicators were modeled, comparing the initial state with the project’s projected state over a 25-year horizon, based on three pillars: renaturation, bioclimatic design, and low-carbon development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Developers, your questions

Can the results be included in a bid response?

Yes. The summary and quantitative indicators are designed to be included in a technical report or competition proposal, along with the before-and-after maps.

At what stage of the project should we get involved?

As soon as possible: right from the design phase, to compare different options, and before submitting the permit application, to make decisions based on data.

What plans do I need to provide?

Your floor plans in .dwg format. The project can also be modeled directly in the application.

Is the project eligible for certification?

The application verifies eligibility for the " Label Bas Carbone (French low-carbon label)" program, the " Ville Arborée" method, and calculates carbon credits over the project's duration.
