Impact Assessment and Certification

Netcarbon conducted the environmental impact assessment for the redevelopment project of the Sainte-Marguerite and Salvator hospital sites, led by Eiffage Aménagement on behalf of the AP-HM. Conceived as a healthcare facility that blends history, care, and modernity, the project transforms a historic hospital campus into a peaceful, resilient, and low-carbon neighborhood. Using aerial data and artificial intelligence, Netcarbon modeled the evolution of seven indicators from the initial state to the project’s 25-year outlook, organized around three pillars: renaturation, bioclimatic design, and low-carbon development.
