A series of meetings with experts in the fields of space and agroecology enabled us to validate a need: how to effectively measure carbon in order to make the best decisions? The Netcarbon idea was born. Our mission: to measure carbon from space.
There's no better way to validate an idea than to test it against the eyes of experts! This was Netcarbon's objective in taking part in the Copernicus Master adventure. The initiative was crowned with success, Netcarbon winning both the France and Planet prizes.
Netcarbon's journey accelerated in March, with a major new support from the European Space Agency! Netcarbon joins the European Space Agency's incubation program, in addition to the support provided by Bordeaux TechnoWest and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
Together we go further! Netcarbon grows stronger by bringing on board new talent, committed to the fight against climate change and determined to build a sustainable future.
We developed our second application for urban and city players, as part of a project with Bordeaux Métropole.
We've just finalized our first round of financing, alongside 4Elements! We're delighted to be supported by their team, and to be able to accelerate our national marketing, launch our R&D projects and recruit new staff.
The team continues to grow... So it's time to leave our premises near the Cité du Vin and move to larger premises at Place de la Bourse in Bordeaux!
We celebrated Netcarbon's second anniversary and our first round of financing with our friends. We're looking forward to taking the next steps and continuing to grow together.
